Job Title: Catering Sales Manager

The Mission:

  • Your goal is simple: turn our catering department into a powerhouse. You’ll be the face of our food, hunting down new business opportunities, nurturing local partnerships, and ensuring every event—from office lunches to school galas—is a massive success.

 

What You’ll Do (The Hustle)

  • Proactive Prospecting: Don’t wait for the phone to ring. You’ll actively scout corporate clients, wedding planners, and event venues to build a robust pipeline.

  • Menu Engineering*: Work with the culinary team to create seasonal and custom menus that aren’t just delicious, but also maximize our profit margins.*

  • Relationship Management: Be the go-to contact for clients. You’ll handle the “yes” from the first pitch to the final invoice, ensuring they never think about hiring anyone else.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent us at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to get our brand on everyone’s radar.

  • Strategy & Reporting: Track your leads and sales. You’ll analyze what’s working and pivot your strategy to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
